David Gross serves as Executive Vice President of Legal at W8 Capital, where he brings a wealth of experience in healthcare, real estate, and capital markets to the firm’s investment platform.

Prior to joining W8 Capital, David was General Counsel for Strawberry Fields REIT (STRW) from its inception, helping grow the company from a small group of facilities in Illinois into a multi-state platform with over 140 properties. His leadership extended to international capital markets, where he spearheaded multiple bond offerings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, further solidifying STRW’s presence in healthcare real estate. Earlier in his career, David also advised one of STRW’s largest tenant groups, deepening his understanding of healthcare operations and compliance.

Known for his ability to balance legal strategy with business objectives, David has spent his career structuring complex transactions, guiding organizational growth, and mitigating risk. At W8 Capital, he applies this disciplined, results-driven approach to support the firm’s partners and ensure long-term value creation.
